Natural resources accessibility

One of the main threats to natural resources and ecological life-support systems in developing countries is the growing demographic pressure on vulnerable and unique ecosystems. OEA’s commitment is to design and implement initiatives that allow remote rural communities to satisfy basic need by increasing the access to clean water and energy services while emphasizing the importance of preserving and fairly distributing environmental resources. OEA programmes include both infrastructural works and support for to the preparation and implementation of guidelines for the sustainable use of natural resources in collaboration with local authorities and communities.
